All Sales are final. Once your order goes through I cannot cancel your order. I cannot add a discount code if you forget. Please make sure you want what you are buying and double check all important info. If you accidentally choose a wrong size or misspelled the shipping address please kindly email and provide us with your message and order number ASAP. 


Once your order is placed please allow a processing time of 2-4 Business Days (Mon-Fri) to prepare your order for shipping.
If your order was placed during a sale please allow 2-7 Business days processing time.
For custom orders please allow 14 business days from the time of purchase.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Excluding holidays. 
(Does not include shipping time)


Once your order is dropped off at USPS it is unfortunately out of our control. If your item is lost, damaged or taking longer then usual please contact us and your local post office to file a claim. As For USPS insurance, only Priority mail has it. If your items are known to get lost or damaged I would definitely recommend upgrading to priority mail. Or choosing UPS or FedEx


Any returns will be issued on an e-gift card code which can be entered at checkout on your next order.
Please note, we are not responsible for return shipping fee.

Where do I send my return to?

What is the window for returns?

Returns have a 7 day window from the date you received your item. The date you received your item is the day the tracking number shows as Delivered to your residence. Any items sent back to us after the 7 day window will be sent back to you.
Clothing must be in unworn original condition to be eligible, any inelligible item will be sent back to you. 

Will I receive a prepaid shipping label? 

We do not provide shipping labels for returns. In rare cases if it was our mistake we will issue you a return slip free of charge. 

How should I ship my item? 

When returning an item, we recommend using USPS Flat Rate Shipping or First Class Package as it is the most affordable shipping option and comes with a tracking number.

Is there anything I should include in the return?

 Please include the name used when placing the order, as well as the order number.

Who do I contact regarding my order?

Direct Messages will have a slower response rate due to high volume of DMs, it is easy for your DM to get lost and buried below all other messages. 

How soon will I get a response? Email response time is 24-48 hours. (this excludes weekends).

My package shows Delivered but it is nowhere to be found. What now? 

Please note, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages! If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office for further investigation. You can also file a missing package claim with the usps. Visit their website for more information.
